Sapient was working with a leading European provider of business communications to deliver a system that will automate and improve their quotation and order management processes.
Sapient approached me to conduct a usability study of the system from a best practice perspective, analyze the business logic and determine whether the system delivers tangible business benefits. As part of the assessment I delivered recommendations in the form of wireframes to aid their development team.
